showtrailvo operates this website from the United Kingdom. By accessing or using any part of the site you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms form a binding contract between you and showtrailvo under the laws of England and Wales.

The courses and materials are intended for adults aged eighteen or over who are resident in the United Kingdom or have lawful authority to enter into contracts here. You may use the site only for lawful educational purposes related to live production decks, control rooms, multi-camera switching, live broadcasting techniques, real-time video operation and professional management of television and streaming productions. Commercial resale or redistribution of course content is prohibited. Access is granted on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis.
Prohibited conduct
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its security features, transmit malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts service for other users. You may not use automated tools to scrape content, impersonate others, or post material that is defamatory, obscene or infringes third-party rights. Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of access and referral to law enforcement where appropriate under UK law.
Accounts, submissions and user content

Availability, changes, suspension and termination

Limitation of liability
Subject to the above, showtrailvo total liability arising from your use of the site shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including loss of profit, data or business opportunity. This limitation is proportionate to the nature of the services offered.
Indemnity

Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights

You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Alternative dispute resolution via the Online Dispute Resolution platform is available where applicable.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision is found invalid the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce any term does not constitute waiver.
